Terms of use
This is a draft. We are preparing the terms with the founders and their legal adviser; parts marked “POTVRDITI” (to confirm) are not confirmed yet. While the text is a draft, nobody has to accept the terms again.
1. The provider

3. Your account
An account needs an e-mail and a password, and acceptance of these terms and the Privacy policy. You can delete your account in Profile → Privacy; you have 14 days to change your mind.
4. Your data
How we keep and use your data, who can access it and what your rights are is in the Privacy policy. We process health data only with your separate consent; we send marketing messages only with a separate consent; we use photos and experiences publicly only with a separate consent and an agreement about each use.
5. Payments
Cards are processed by Monri; the card number never reaches us. Cancellation and refunds: [POTVRDITI: cancellation and refund terms]. Programmes bought are not refunded when the account is deleted [POTVRDITI].
6. Changes to the terms
Every version of the terms is labelled. If the text changes materially, we will ask you to accept it again [POTVRDITI].
